Math Literacy: Computation Strategies

Growing up, I struggled with mathematics. One of my educational goals is to broaden my understanding of the concepts and processes relevant to the Alberta Mathematics Program of Studies, and to develop a wide range of teaching strategies for mathematics learning.

Below, I have embedded a video I created as a learning requirement for my Elementary Mathematics course. This video demonstrates how to solve the equation 352 - 167 concretely, pictorially, and symbolically.
